ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
I have been teaching fitness for over 25 years. I am a NETA Certified Yoga Instructor and a certified Silver Sneakers Yoga Instructor and wanted to bring my knowledge and creativity to anyone who is willing to evolve with Yoga. Vinyasa ("Flow") Yoga is a continual movement which not only strengthens and tones but also elevates the heart rate. Whether you are a novice or advanced, Vinyasa ("Flow") Yoga is for you. "Yoga Stretch" will first focus on the breath connecting with the mind and body, then stretching and providing flexibility to those tight muscles throughout the body, ending with Savasana (Corpse Pose).
