ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
I have been teaching fitness for over 25 years. I am a NETA Certified Yoga Instructor and wanted to bring my knowledge and creativity to anyone who is willing to evolve with Yoga.  Vinyasa ("Flow") Yoga is a continual movement which not only strengthens and tones but also elevates the heart rate. Whether you are a novice or advanced, Vinyasa ("Flow") Yoga is for you.
